Game UI/UX Artist & Immersive Designer
Custom Minecraft assets for your project. Engineered strictly within the engine's technical limitations — built for flawless in-game integration.
About
I create 2D Pixel-perfect execution for ambitious worlds custom assets for Minecraft servers and projects: GUI screens, HUDs, and icon sets.
Value
01
Designed around real Minecraft UI mechanics — slot grids, resolution limits, and item states — so the in-game result matches the preview.
02
Making one icon is easy. Maintaining a single visual language across a hundred assets is where most projects struggle — and where I deliver.
03
Clear scope, realistic deadlines, and smooth revisions. What we agree on is what gets delivered.
Feedback
“The fact that he further improved the icons before final submission, despite me already being satisfied with them, is not something I have seen with others.”
“It has been a pleasure to work with Henko for the better part of a year. We have commissioned dozens or even hundreds of textures for our various gamemodes on Hoplite. The quality of assets and stylistic matching is very important for us and Henko always delivers. Highly recommend using his services if you want your project done right.”
“I'll recommend Henko for the arts, he definitely has the skill for GUIs and very kind for allow different tries or style to see if it fits or not.”
Selected Work
Marble, feather, and gilded metal under one light source, no outlines between them — closer to a painting than a pixel interface, and still a fully working GUI. The aim: to feel like the game's protagonist, not like someone looking at a menu.
Without outlines, that dialogue between stone, feather, and metal had to be carried entirely through shadow and the language of form.

Path of Exile's HUD, translated into a pixel resolution it was never built for — flask slots and dark-gold framing carried over, interaction logic rebuilt around Minecraft's mechanics.
Reconstructing PoE's visual identity in pixel art — crafted to feel like an official retro spin-off by the original developers.

An evening by the fire, carried through a custom flame-serif font, fireflies, marshmallows on the buttons, a guitar in the footer — all inside a narrow yellow-orange-red palette.
Logo, buttons, and footer share the same background tile — redrawing it per section would've been pointless. With no other separation to lean on, yellow and white accents alone mark where each block begins and ends and make the entire menu intuitive.
